چکیده

Herein, an ultrasound-assisted dispersive magnetic micro-solid phase extraction (DM-?SPE) approach, along with electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS) for the determination of lead at trace level in spring, well, river mineral and tap water samples was developed. The step is based on synthesis PbS, following sonochemical decomposition L-cysteine used as sulphide precursor its anchoring onto bare magnetite nanoparticles yielding Fe3O4@PbS nanocomposite. Overall, DM-?SPE situ precipitation PbS retention sorbent requires a time short 6 min. After trapping Pb(II) nanocomposite easily separated from aqueous matrix by applying external field analyzed ETAAS slurry sampling. Different parameters involved both preparation/extraction Pb quantification were optimized. Under optimal conditions, method showed detection limit 0.02 ?g L?1 0.07 Pb. repeatability, expressed relative standard deviation 2% (for 0.6 L?1; n = 3). An experimental enrichment factor 79 efficiency 99% obtained. Finally, applied ultratrace levels samples, showing quantitative recoveries range 95–100%.

Determination of fluorine in herbs and water samples by molecular absorption spectrometry after preconcentration on nano-TiO2 using ultrasound-assisted dispersive micro solid phase extraction

This work presents ultrasound-assisted dispersive micro solid phase extraction (USA DMSPE) for preconcentration of fluorine (F) in water and herb samples. TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) were used as an adsorbent. The determination with slurry sampling was performed via molecular absorption of calcium monofluoride (CaF) at 606.440 nm using a high-resolution continuum source electrothermal absorption s...

Determination of Iron Species by Combination of Solvent Assisted-Dispersive Solid Phase Extraction and Spectrophotometry

A simple, rapid and sensitive solvent assisted-dispersive solid phase extraction method was developed for the extraction of iron(II) prior to its spectrophotometric determination. The Fe(II) reacted with 2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine, neutralized with sodium dodecyl sulfate and extracted onto the fine particles of benzophenone which were formed upon rapid injection of a mixture of benzop...
